Link-all's XFP transceiver is a high performance, cost effective modules for serial optical data communications applications specified for signal rates of 9.95 Gb/s to 11.3 Gb/s. It is fully compliant to XFP MSA Rev 4.5. The modules are designed for single or multi mode fiber and operates at a nominal wavelength of 850/1310/1550 nm,XFP LRM, XFP SR, XFP IR, XFP LR, XFP ER and XFP ZR. The transmitter section incorporates uncooled directly modulated 1310 nm distributed feedback laser (DFB) or EML cooled laser 1550nm. The receiver section uses PIN photodetector for low dark current and excellent responsivity or APD high sensitivity receiver.

10G SFP+/XFP is a series of optical transceiver modules operating at 850nm, 1310nm, and 1550nm wavelengths on Multi-Mode Fiber (MMF) or Single Mode Fiber (SMF).
10G BIDI SFP+/XFP is a series of optical transceiver modules operating over single Single-Mode Fiber (SMF).
10G CWDM SFP+/XFP is a series of optical transceiver modules operating at 1270-1610nm CWDM wavelengths over single-Mode Fiber (SMF).
10G DWDM SFP+/XFP is a series of optical transceiver modules operating at DWDM C-band (100GHz channel spacing) wavelengths over single-Mode Fiber (SMF). They are designed for using in 10G Ethernet, 10G Fiber Channel, SONET/SDH OC-192/STM-64, and OTN OTU2e links, compliant with the SFP+/XFP MSA. Digital diagnostics functions are available. The optical transceiver modules are RoHS compliant.
